Anime Tamago is a yearly project that is run by The Association of Japanese Animations (AJA) and is funded by the Japanese government's Agency for Cultural Affairs in order to support training animators. Otakon is very proud to be hosting a special screening of the Anime Tamago 2016 project which includes the following anime shorts: Colorful Ninja Iromaki, Kacchikenee, Kaze no Matasaburo and UTOPA.

CAPITAL AREA BUDOKAI will be hosting live demonstrations at Otakon

Capital Area Budokai is dedicated to the proliferation of Japanese Budo and Martial Ways. They are students of Kendo, Atarashii Naginata, Kyudo, Shindo Muso Ryu Jodo, Nakamura Ryu Battodo, Toyama Ryu Iaido, and Mugai Ryu Iaihyodo. Otakon is please to be able to feature live demonstrations as part of the Otakon Matsuri Cultural Celebration at Otakon 2017!
